PUBLIC TESTABILITY TERMS · EFFECTIVE 12 AUGUST 2026
A preliminary business enquiry, with clear boundaries.
These terms govern the public calculator, illustrative Evidence Docket and first written request in the Due Science Founding Verification Pilot.
VERSION DS-TERMS-PILOT-2026-08-12-R021. Operator and eligible users
The route is operated by ITLC Global Limited, a private company limited by shares incorporated in Hong Kong (Company No. 80811902), through its Due Science product brand. The informational materials are publicly viewable. Written founding-pilot requests are currently offered to organisations and people located in the United States and acting in a business or professional capacity for investment, licensing, portfolio or milestone diligence.
2. Public route
The route provides category-level planning information and a way to request a preliminary written response. Calculator results are planning estimates only. The public route does not create a client relationship, consultancy engagement, laboratory project, fiduciary duty, exclusivity arrangement, reliance right or commitment to accept work.
3. Your first email
You confirm that you are authorised to make the request and will send only public, non-confidential, category-level business information. Apart from ordinary business contact details, do not send personal, patient, donor, health, genetic or clinical information; biological sequences; files; export-controlled, infectious- or controlled-material details; trade secrets; or information subject to another person’s confidentiality or intellectual-property rights.
4. Preliminary response
A response may state that the claim appears testable, conditionally testable, outside the pilot scope or not assessable from the available information. It is not a scientific conclusion about the claim, a legal opinion, an investment recommendation, clinical or regulatory advice, or a laboratory commitment. It may be withdrawn or revised when assumptions, methods, material, laboratory availability or third-party quotations change.
5. Paid work and laboratory execution
Any paid Verification Design Lock, laboratory work, Evidence Docket, confidentiality arrangement, data-processing term, reliance right or other deliverable requires a separate written order form or agreement signed by the relevant parties. Physical execution becomes available only after a compatible independent laboratory is identified, conflict-screened, documented as suitable through a project-specific capability and method-readiness review, quoted and contracted for that project. This website does not reserve capacity.
6. Illustrative material
The sample Evidence Docket is a synthetic demonstration. No laboratory work was performed. It is not a client deliverable, laboratory report, certificate, completed verification or assurance that any claim is true, safe, effective, investable or acceptable to a regulator.
7. Intellectual property
ITLC Global Limited and its licensors retain their rights in the website, calculator structure, terminology, templates and illustrative material. You may view and internally circulate unmodified public pages for evaluating the service. No right is granted to present the synthetic sample as an actual project or to use Due Science branding in a way that implies endorsement.
8. Availability and responsibility
The public route is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn. To the extent permitted by law, ITLC Global Limited is not responsible for a transaction, scientific, clinical, regulatory or investment decision made solely from the public route or a preliminary response. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
9. Law and contact
These public-route terms are governed by Hong Kong law. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply. Questions: legal@duescience.com. Registered office: Room 701, 7/F, Lucky Centre, 165–171 Wanchai Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
10. Versioning
The version identifier and effective date above control these terms. Material changes receive a new revision identifier. Terms for a paid project will be stated in the signed project documents.
